of a sort of new year's "resolution"

Funny how you decide to do something healthy for your body - like, say, jogging - but then you end up hurting yourself by doing it - by, say, pulling a muscle in your ankle, making it painful to walk and do stairs - hmph!

yeah, stairs are iffy on a sore knee too. (forgot about my knee brace)
But don't let it stop you!! Ice it a bit....then let's get out there again!!
