Song on Psalm 91

Psalm 91
Carol-Lee Joy Brouwer

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High God
Shall abide in the shadow of the Almighty God
I will say of the Lord Most High
"He is my refuge and my fortress
My God, in how I trust."

A thousand may fall at your side
Ten thousand at your right hand
But it shall not come near you
Only with your eyes will you look
And see the reward of the wicked.

I have made the Lord Most High my strong dwelling place
No evil nor any plague shall come near me
His angels are surrounding me
In their hands they shall bear me up
Lest I dash my foot and fall.

"He has set his love on Me, so I'll go with him
And has known My holy name, I will set him on high
He shall call on Me in prayer
I will be with him in trouble
Bear him up and deliver him."
